Lack of discipline? And you bound to fail.

Sound harsh isn’t? Well dear, time to face the truth dear. If you don’t have a good discipline habit, the possibility of you to achieve a good result that you aiming is very far from reach. Nothing comes easy in this world.

A good discipline means you have a constant same good attitude in redoing the things that you aim for, a very high spirit that almost nothing can break it, a can attitude and of course a right mind setting.

Yes, everyone will tell you that you only needs a right mind setting of what you aim for, but I’m going to be in your face, saying you cannot wait till the right moment come, because there is no such thing of right moment, it’s either you do now, or you will miss it. Procrastination is something you really want to avoid and a good planning of how you want to manage your time well is a must.

The way I’m saying seem to portray that it very hard, and oh dear, nothing is easy when you first start. But once you begin it, you on the right track. But life is too full with so many challenges, where there will be times that you do not see the fruit of your labour or something come up, and you totally lost your interest in the thing that you do. Well, it’s not good, but it do happen. When it does, look back at the mirror who you are and goes back to what make you start it in the first place. If its money that has driven you all along, just believe what you did, and if happiness is that you looking for, or anything that makes you do it in the first place, just continue it, start back, because even people say life is short, but its not worth to waste of being idle, day dreaming of being in a state frustrated. Yes, there will be so many times that you and I are going to face challenges that will dispirit our enthusiasm, but nothing will affect you if you not let them.

We can hoping and praying, but we cannot wait. There are things that can be done at the same time. Well, this is something that you and I need to think about.

" We cannot control the tragic things that happen to us, but we can control the way we face up to them "

" If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it "

It’s a battle against self-doubt that can paralyze decision-making and sap joy from achievements. For example, a compliment might feel insincere or undeserved because their inner critic is quick to dismiss it. “They’re just being polite,” th...

Living with Low Self-Esteem: How It Affects Life Even at 42

I am 42 this year, and I recently discovered something that my friend warned me about years ago. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but now, I realize how right they were. They told me, “If you don’t work on your self-esteem while you’re young, it will affect your life later on.” Well, here I am, 42, living proof of how true that statement is. I’m someone who has struggled with low self-esteem for most of my life, and it still lingers, affecting me in ways that I never imagined when I was younger. It’s not just an abstract feeling that you can ignore—it shows up in the small, everyday moments and, unfortunately, in some of the bigger ones too. The Daily Struggles of Low Self-Esteem You might think low self-esteem is just about lacking confidence in social settings, but it’s deeper than that. It can impact your decisions, your relationships, and how you see your own worth. For me, this manifests in several ways: Overthinking : I replay conversations in my head, wonderin...
