Stress

In my training to be a teacher, it wasn’t easy at all. Class start at 8 am, and I only arrived home at 7 pm and at night I need to do a lot of assignments. The word stress always come out from me and my friends So today, I will share something about stress. I got email about this matter and thought that I might share it as well. Stress" can often be a subjective term with many connotations, but most often it refers to the state of feeling pressured, rushed, overwhelmed, threatened, frightened or anxious. Stress can present itself in many different ways, but it can also be caused by many different events and situations - which will differ from person to person. Something that causes me stress may not bother you in the least, while something that I could handle just fine would throw you into a tailspin. Before, I wrote about life and choices, and my friend always talked about 90/10 principles and I just read it yesterday and I want to share with everyone. It’s by Stephen Covey : Discover the 90/10 principles It will change your life (at least the way you react to situations) What is this principle? 10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by how you react. What does this mean? We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us. We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plan will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other 90%. It’s been a very long time since I update my blog. I have poor time management and most of it because lack of discipline. Writing about discipline, I should practice more as I will be a teacher and of course I expect my future students to have a good discipline. I hate rules, and I read that rules are meant to be broken. Is it? But, discipline people usually a successful person. Today, in my psychology class, we learnt about choice. How far will you do to do something? Are you like me who always in a crossroads each time trying to make adecision? Even on simple thing? Well, sadly that’s me. Tomorrow I will having a camping for four days and three night, but somehow I do not feel excited about it.
