Every day is a new challenge, a new battle, especially for those of us who struggle with anxiety, low self-confidence, or the need to please others. And yet, we keep pushing forward. We have to, right? But what if the real battle isn’t just about keeping up with life?  I always think how to be calm, as I am kind a person who likes to rush things, and one of the ways I think it is proven effective is by being minimalist, as the less item I have, the less worry I will be and thus less stress.  But the journey towards minimalism isn't walk in the park. It requires persistency and strong will.  Persistence in a way, that this is a life you choose to do, and you have your own why and reasons, and strong will as it really easy to be swayed and forgot your why.  Currently I am on my journey to do this, so I am not be overwhelmed by things, and instead, able to enjoy life.  I will start with my place of work, and my home and i know it will be hard and tedious process, but a process that I must do in order for me to have a good and organized life, with less worry and be calm.

 I am over thinker, who over analyse everything and things have difficult a lot of time. I want to do things, but kept delaying it, postponing it, and nothing good coming out from it. Thus, this morning, starting today, I must change my behaviour and my attitude and my mind setting, to do it, to do and do, things that I want to do, things that can give me benefits, not thinking or indulge myself in things that do not bring any benefits towards me.  I must work hard, be persistent, be strong, because nobody can help me, beside myself.  I hope this motivation will last, as I found out, I have been delaying so much time in over thinking and wasting my time in unnecessary things that do not bring me any benefits at all ... The God, will not change someone fate's until that person work hard on himself.

  Gardening, it is wonderful. It started with my experience as I felt that gardening is awesome as it makes me happy. I still remember planting my first seeds and watching them sprout into seedlings. It was magical! Since then, gardening has become one of my favorite hobbies.   There's just something so satisfying about digging in the dirt, nurturing plants, and watching them grow and produce flowers, vegetables, or herbs. Gardening is a great way to get outdoors, immerse yourself in nature, and create beauty with your own two hands. I love waking up in the morning and stepping outside to see how my garden has transformed overnight. The vibrant colors of blossoms and leaves lift my mood instantly. Tending to my plants and pruning away dead leaves feels almost therapeutic.
